In spring 2012 Otto Diez Elektromaschinenbau changed into Desiteck GmbH. With this move Manfred Diez set the course for the expansion of the product and service portfolio.

This laid a secure and lasting foundation especially for the development of additional innovative components for power control in industrial plant construction, but also for future expansion of international activities of the technology firm at the foot of the Teck mountain the new structure offers optimised conditions.
